Note for Lifetime Licenses: If you have an existing lifetime license with the City of Beaumont, the vaccination must be updated within 30 days of expiration, and no fee is required. You may email the pet’s new certificate or mail it to us with a note indicating you are renewing a lifetime license. If it has been more than 30 days since the vaccination has expired, your lifetime license will be cancelled, and a new license must be purchased.
